I believe that this captures simplicity contrast and balance, there is very little to distract you from the direction of this photo. there is a very strong horizon line that splits the photo, but there is also line from the bottom right of the photo through the water up to the subjects. the contrast between the white dress and the storm clouds in the back give the subjects more of a pop. the sands that match the sky are separated by water and cloud which give space. the hard elements in the photo offer texture and balance to the entire photo.
